Avid Tech provides professional multimedia services using consumer or client material and does so strictly
as a service provider exercisiong due care and skill using and utlisation of the most appropriate equipment and software as well as branded media in the provsion of transfer services to tape and DVD or other optical media available and or selected medium in accorodance with client request and upon payment of invoices remdered by Avid Tech and it's associated companies and contractors.
Avid Tech does not warrant that any particular service can be provided or completed nor is any time frame
warranted or promised except by notification of complettion.
Generally all services are pre paid and due on invoice or where agreed to in advance COD.
Services reamining unpaid after 7 days will be abandoned and re started after payment is made.
Loss in transit: Avid Tech is not liable for loss or damages in transit howsoever caused, all items sent by Australia Post Registered Post are insured at your expense.
